Top Indian Wells Real Estate Agents, 2026

Indian Wells is a small city of private clubs, gated estates and second homes, and the agents who do the most business here are a short list. This page ranks the 33 individual agents that RealTrends Verified ranked in Indian Wells for 2025, using a scoring index built only from published, checkable sources.

Each agent is scored on four things: how much they sold in 2025, their average sale price, whether Palm Springs Life named them to its Top Realtors list, and whether they were the agent on a landmark sale the magazine reported as a city's most expensive of the year. Every number links back to its source so you can check it yourself.

About This Ranking

The field is every individual agent on the RealTrends Verified 2026 list of Best Real Estate Agents in Indian Wells, California (Agents category, 2025 sales data, released July 10, 2026). All 33 are scored; there is no minimum sales count. Scores come from RealTrends' published volume and average home price, Palm Springs Life's Coachella Valley Top Realtors lists for 2025 and 2026, and Palm Springs Life's yearly reports on the most expensive sale in each Coachella Valley city for 2023, 2024 and 2025. Google ratings on each card come from the agent's own Google Business Profile and are shown for reference only; they are not part of the score.

Who this ranking is for

  • Buyers and sellers choosing an agent for a home inside an Indian Wells club or gated community.
  • Out-of-area and seasonal buyers who want to compare agents on published 2025 results before a first call.
  • Anyone who wants to check an agent's RealTrends Verified volume, sides and average price in one place.

What it does not cover

  • Teams. RealTrends ranks teams separately, and only the individual Agents category is scored here.
  • Agents who were not on the RealTrends Verified 2026 Indian Wells list, whatever their results elsewhere in the Coachella Valley.
  • Service quality. Google ratings are shown but not scored, and the index measures published sales results only.

What is a RealTrends Verified ranking?

RealTrends Verified ranks agents and teams by closed sales volume and by transaction sides for a calendar year. A side is one half of a transaction, so representing both buyer and seller on one sale counts as two sides. The 2026 rankings use 2025 sales data and were released July 10, 2026.

What is the Agent Index score?

The Agent Index is this page's own 100-point score. Each of the four factors is scaled against the highest figure in the field, so the top agent on a factor earns its full points, and the four factor scores are added together. The full method and every source are in How the Index Works.

How the Index Works

Every agent on the RealTrends Verified 2026 Indian Wells list is scored out of 100. There is no minimum number of sales to qualify. Each factor is scaled against the highest figure in the field, so the top agent on that factor earns its full points.
